Description

Early settlers in America followed a path that buffalo made in Kentucky. For more than 200 years, Buffalo Trace have been producing world-famous bourbon whiskey at the location where the buffalo migration route crossed the Kentucky River. The oldest distillery in America still in operation is Buffalo Trace. The distillery was even allowed to continue producing whiskey for "medical purposes" during Prohibition. They produced Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey as an homage to the magnificent buffalo and the hardy, independent spirit of the explorers who followed them westward.

Tasting Notes: Buffalo Trace delivers a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give away to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. The finish is long and smooth.
