This exceptional marc from Joseph Cartron is a true taste of Burgundy, distilled from the grape pomace of top-quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the Côte d'Or. Aged eight years in oak barrels, it proudly holds the Hors d’Âge designation, a mark of real maturity and depth. It is rich amber and opens with inviting aromas of dried figs, toasted nuts, gentle spice, and a touch of earthy warmth from the grapes. The palate is smooth and layered, with notes of leather, oak, and a soft tannic structure that lingers beautifully. This miniature is a perfect way to experience a refined French digestif, complex, elegant, and full of character.
