Minuty Prestige Rosé is a refined Provençal wine crafted from carefully selected grapes from clay‑sandy terroirs in the Côtes de Provence AOP. The winemaking process separates free-run and pressed juice, and undergoes low-temperature fermentation without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and tension. This pale salmon-hued cuvée offers vibrant notes of tart red berries and apricot, with a persistent minerality and a saline finish that complements seafood, grilled vegetables, or light Mediterranean dishes.

About the Producer

Perched on the sun-kissed slopes of Gassin and Ramatuelle overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Château Minuty stands as a beacon of Provençal winemaking excellence. Established in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, the estate has remained under the stewardship of the Matton-Farnet family for four generations, each contributing to its evolution while preserving its rich heritage. In 1955, Château Minuty was distinguished as one of the 23 estates awarded the prestigious Cru Classé status in the Côtes de Provence classification, a testament to its commitment to quality and terroir. The estate's vineyards benefit from a temperate maritime climate, with sea breezes that naturally protect the vines and contribute to the freshness and minerality characteristic of its wines.

Tasting Notes

Delicate pale pink in colour, it opens with inviting notes of white peach, melon, and citrus zest, lifted by hints of wild herbs and crushed sea salt. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, offering bright red berry flavours and a refined, saline finish that speaks of its coastal terroir.

How To Enjoy

Long considered a benchmark for premium rosé, Prestige is a versatile, food-friendly wine — as suited to Mediterranean seafood and summer salads as it is to leisurely aperitif moments. A modern classic from one of Provence’s most respected estates.
