Minuty Prestige Rosé is a refined Provençal wine crafted from carefully selected grapes from clay‑sandy terroirs in the Côtes de Provence AOP. The winemaking process separates free-run and pressed juice, and undergoes low-temperature fermentation without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and tension. This pale salmon-hued cuvée offers vibrant notes of tart red berries and apricot, with a persistent minerality and a saline finish that complements seafood, grilled vegetables, or light Mediterranean dishes.

In 1955, Château Minuty was distinguished as one of the 23 estates awarded the prestigious Cru Classé status in the Côtes de Provence classification, a testament to its commitment to quality and terroir. The estate's vineyards benefit from a temperate maritime climate, with sea breezes that naturally protect the vines and contribute to the freshness and minerality characteristic of its wines.
Delicate pale pink in colour, it opens with inviting notes of white peach, melon, and citrus zest, lifted by hints of wild herbs and crushed sea salt. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, offering bright red berry flavours and a refined, saline finish that speaks of its coastal terroir.
