About the Producer

The 2018 vintage was marked by contrasting weather conditions, including an extremely cold winter and spring, followed by brief summer heatwaves. These factors contributed to a late harvest in mid-September to early October, resulting in wines with remarkable structure and depth.

Tasting Notes

The Brut Millésimé 2018 showcases a compelling bouquet of fresh mint, white fruits such as pear and apple, citrus nuances, gentle spices, and a subtle hint of smoke. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of racy acidity and fleshy texture, leading to a long, penetrating finish. This Champagne was disgorged in 2022 with a dosage of nine grams per liter, ensuring its potential to age gracefully over the next eight to ten years.

How To Enjoy

Its rich texture and exceptional freshness make it a versatile companion for fine cuisine, pairing beautifully with dishes such as shrimp tempura or Katsu chicken with green asparagus and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
