Dom Pérignon Rosé is the House’s boldest and most expressive interpretation of each vintage. First created in 1959, it challenges conventions by embracing the power and intensity of Pinot Noir, pushing the boundaries of how structure, depth, and finesse can coexist in Champagne. While Dom Pérignon Blanc is known for its precision and linear energy, the rosé takes a more daring path. Here, Pinot Noir is handled with extraordinary care. Harvested at peak ripeness and macerated with precision to extract both colour and character, without sacrificing freshness. The Chardonnay component brings balance and lift, allowing the wine’s tension and complexity to emerge gradually over time. See More

Description

fruit, subtle salinity, and signature smoky depth to integrate fully. The result is a wine of profound intensity, with a texture that is rich, layered, and almost tactile, more gastronomic than aperitif, and a true expression of Dom Pérignon’s dual mastery of blend and ageing. Dom Pérignon Rosé is produced only in exceptional years, and in far smaller quantities than the Blanc, making each release both rare and collectable. It is a Champagne designed not just to be drunk, but experienced, a study in balance between power and grace.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it reveals a deep rose-gold hue with copper glints. The nose is bold and expressive, offering layers of wild strawberry, blood orange, and warm spice, underpinned by smoky minerality and delicate floral notes. The palate is broad and textured, unfolding with silky richness, fine bubbles, and a savoury edge that balances its ripe fruit core. The finish is long, layered, and undeniably luxurious. Presented in an elegant gift box, this rosé is both a collector’s item and a statement Champagne, built for moments of celebration, yet crafted to age with grace.
