FAIR. Chipotle Liqueur is a French-made spirit produced with smoked and dried chipotle peppers from Oaxaca, Mexico. The process begins with a two-week infusion in neutral alcohol, followed by a slow reduction using Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water, resulting in a balanced 18% ABV liqueur. Its clear amber hue and smoky aroma lead to a palate rich in spice, raisin, wildflower, and citrus notes, finishing with a lingering smoky and citrusy warmth. This versatile liqueur is ideal for enriching cocktails like the Spicy Margarita.
