FAIR. Juniper Gin is an ethically produced spirit that combines organic and Fair Trade-certified botanicals with a base of quinoa vodka. Distilled in Cognac, France, it features juniper berries sourced from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, along with angelica root, cardamom, coriander, and timeout pepper.

The production process involves individually distilling each botanical in a stainless steel still, resulting in a distillate at 42% ABV. The gin is then blended with FAIR. Quinoa Vodka to achieve its final profile.
Tasting notes include a nose reminiscent of baked lemon bars, a palate of bright lemon with juniper and coriander undertones, and a clean, fresh finish. Recognised for its quality, FAIR. Juniper Gin has earned a Gold Medal at the Gin Masters London in 2021. This gin is versatile, suitable for classic cocktails like the Negroni, or enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
