Before distilling commences our botanicals are steeped for a whole day & night to allow all of the essential oils to be released. Following this the spirit is distilled for a full day & left to rest for a further week. Never rushed, always adored.
Enoy Mermaids with ice cold tonic, ribbons of fresh cucumber & plenty of ice!
