Faude Wermut red Vermouth from the Kaiserstuhl region. Crafted from Burgundy varieties and fermented with residual sweetness, then blended with herbal extracts, and finished with caramel. A bittersweet-spicy-fruity experience. Perfect neat over ice, as a spritz, or in classic cocktails like Negroni.

Florian Faude, master distiller and qualified wine maker, founded the distillery in 2006 in Botzingne am Kaiserstuhul / Baden. A red Vermouth from the Kaiserstuhl, Signore region. Crafted from outstanding Burgundy varieties it’s fermented with residual sweetness, then blended with homegrown herbal extracts, and finished with dark caramel syrup. More than 12 spices, roots, and herbs are individually balanced and macerated for just the right amount of time. Alongside wormwood, you get herbal notes from tonka bean, cinnamon blossom, bitter orange and more: powerful, but also delicately nuanced. Melded together with grape sweetness and caramel, it strikes a perfect bittersweet-spicy-fruity balance. The perfect aperitivo – enjoy neat over ice, as a spritz, or in classic cocktails like Negroni or Americano.
