Description

Founded in 1989, the Fess Parker winery is located in Santa Barbara County, the Californian wine region made famous by the cult movie Sideways.

Just 90 minutes north of LA, Santa Barbara County is one of California’s most diverse viticultural regions. Sta. Rita Hills, in particular, is arguably the most exciting wine region in the world for making cool climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir right now.

Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, this wine exhibits aromas of black cherry, forest floor, lavender, raspberry, rose petal and vanilla. Flavours of Bing cherry, red currant, cranberry, earth, cacao and a touch of mineral can be savored.

Pair this wine with a nice cheese plate, grilled salmon or braised short ribs.

Closure: Natural Cork
