Los Danzantes was founded in 1997 by two restaurateurs from Mexico City. They purchased a small distillery in Santiago Matatlán in Oaxaca. The distillery was then refurbished and adapted to modern requirements without forsaking traditional methods of production. Alipús was established in 1999 by Los Danzantes.

Champagne A Bergère is the most exciting new producer to arrive in the UK for several years. A grower Champagne based in Fèrebrianges, and with a building on the famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, the Bergère family have been growing grapes since 1848, with the winery founded in 1949.

The 260 acres of one single vineyard make up the Chateau de Laubade, which was created in 1870. Today, they are one of the leading estates in Armagnac. It is situated in Sorbets d'Armagnac, in the Bas Armagnac appellation's finest region. Since 1974, the estate has been managed by the Lesgourgues family.
