Ginraw is one of the most exciting gins on the market today. Created to match the haute cuisine scene of the city of Barcelona, this gin uses innovative techniques to extract the purest botanical flavour possible. While the juniper is distilled in a traditional copper pot still for a smooth and complex spirit, the other botanicals in the gin are distilled at a low temperature, ensuring that the most delicate aromatic compounds do not evaporate away.
The botanicals mix fresh Mediterranean citrus with spices including coriander and cardamom, resulting in a herbaceous, full-bodied gin with notes of spice and a citrus lift.
