Britain’s first Sake brewery operates out of the unlikely surrounds of Peckham, South-East London. Founders Tom and Lucy Wilson, were so inspired by what they saw and tasted in Japan that a few years ago they began home-brewing Sake with great success. Thanks to word of mouth and the fantastic quality of what they producedthe hobby expanded to become a commercial operation. Rice is source from both California and Japan and traditional Japanese yeasts and Koji are used.

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

Excludes perishable or personalised products or those products that have been specified as non-returnable.

If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, you can do so by calling our customer service team on 020 8951 9840 and provide your order confirmation number and name.
If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.

The brewery maintains an ongoing dialogue with producers in the supportive Sake community in Japan where their work is gaining recognition. Kanpai Sakes have already begun to win awards and national recognition with presence in Michelin starred restaurants. The quality more than matches that of their Japanese counterparts.

Calrose rice grown in California milled to 70%. The Sake is lightly hopped.

Tasting Note: A delicate, crisp floral sparkling sake with delicate citrus notes and a background of hops. Refreshing and stylish and a uniques style that will appeal to lovers of not only of sake, but also sparkling wine and beer!

Closure: Crown cap

Attributes: Gluten-free, Preservative-free, Sulphite-free and Vegan.

Food Match: Ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish or great on its own.
