Tightly packed mixed spice with vanilla, cinnamon and honeyed sweetness. Woody flavour adds complexity and structure. Serve suggestion: Serve in a highball glass filled with ice, add 1 wedge lime and 2 slices of fresh ginger. Squeeze the second lime wedge, and pour in Cotswold honey spiced rum then top with ginger beer.
