From Cantina Cleto Chiarli, one of Italy’s oldest wineries and the cradle of Lambrusco. This is a delicious dry pale red Lambrusco, with aromas of strawberries, wild berries and violets with fresh and mineral palate.

Cantina Cleto Chiarli is a nineteenth-century villa surrounded by twelve hectares of vineyards, a garden suspended in time and a winery with a historical façade but a very modern essence.
The Lambrusco di Sorbara “Vecchia Modena” goes through a light maceration followed by a slow fermentation with selected yeasts in sealed stainless-steel tanks. The sparkling wine is then kept at low temperatures and mixed on its noble lees, with an ageing of almost three months. The wine has a deep rosé colour, with aromas of strawberry and brushwood. On the palate it is fresh and mineral.
