Description

Cask Make up: A Complex marriage of rare whisky, matured in batches, in five unique casks, 1st Fill ex bourbon casks, VirgThis single malt Scotch is created from some of the most valuable whiskies in our Atlantic warehouse, utilising processes that have been passed down for generations. Ex-Bourbon barrels, 19th Century-style quarter casks, and enormous Oloroso sherry butts are among the five types of casks used by our master distillers. Each spirit, which ranges in age from seven to twenty-one years, lends its own element and legend to the mix.As a result, we've achieved the fullest expression of our legendary peated whisky. With undertones of ash and bitter cocoa, this rich and smokey Scotch tastes like fall days by the sea. This dram is unrivalled, with a lengthy, sweet finish and a spicy pepper tingling. Serve on the rocks or over ice.
