This excellent Meursault is complex, defined and rich. Expect the signature buttery notes of the commune alongside a fantastic tautness and linear minerality. This wine will reward cellaring for a few years, if you can resist it now! It will perfectly match with white fish and dishes in a Béchamel sauce.

Meursault is one of Burgundy’s greatest villages, with its white wine-focused production only alongside the Montrachets in terms of reputation. It produces buttery, rich wines with noticeable oak influence, a creamy texture and objective complexity. The premier cru of Genevrieres is noted for exceptionally high quality.
This wine exhibits notes of buttered toast, cream and vanilla, with bright primary orchard fruit and a distinct minerality, which will allow it to pair very well indeed with seafood. While it will reward cellaring, it is very much worth drinking now.
