Founded in 1845, Bodegas Ochoa has gained a reputation for being one of Navarra’s most celebrated producers. Winemaker Adriana Ochoa is the sixth generation of her family to make wines in the region.
One of the oldest producers in Navarra, Bodegas Ochoa has also shown itself to be an innovator through the pioneering achievements of Javier Ochoa since the 1980’s.The father-daughter partnership continues to this day.
Grape Varieties: 70% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo.
Farming Practices: Practising Organic
Tasting Notes: Made by the traditional saignee method, in order to achieve an intense and bright colours and flavours. This wine is a blend of 3 red grape varieties, mainly Garnacha (70%), which gives mostly the fruit and delicious aromas and 30% from Tempranillo grapes add the main structure of the wine.
