Description

The benchmark for future generations was set, and Venezuelan rum was redefined forever.

A pioneer in the history of rum, Especial set a new benchmark in quality when it changed the laws of a country. After Pampero’s founders began ageing their rum in oak casks in 1938, Especial became the first Venezuelan rum to be officially designated ‘aged’ (añejo).

Tasting Notes: Creamy, sweet, herbal, light, slightly drying, lingering. Woody, vanilla, honey, sweetly fruity, rummy.
