Porte Noire La Petite Porte Rosé Champagne NV, made in partnership with the prestigious Sanger viticultural school in Avize, is a refined and elegant expression from Idris Elba’s boutique label. With its delicate pink hue and fine bubbles, it opens with bright notes of wild raspberry, redcurrant and soft strawberry, layered with hints of brioche and a gentle touch of spice. This blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir delivers freshness and balance on the palate, with crisp minerality and a clean, dry finish. Ideal as an aperitif or alongside dishes like tuna tartare or smoked salmon blinis.
