The recipe is a unique creation distilled with fresh citruses grown locally in the heart of the French Riviera. Fresh and soft, subtle and pure, It is a study in elegance and harmony—the very image of nature itself.
Brad Pitt desired to create a spirit reflective of the place with which he fell in love – a spirit as inspired and iconic as the atmosphere from which it was conceived. The pursuit of beauty and perfection led him to imagine The Gardener. With the help of winemaker Famille Perrin – who care deeply about the cultivation of biodiversity to regenerative agriculture, and Tom Nichol, former master distiller of Tanqueray Gin – he has amassed over 40 years of experience in the art of making gin. The Gardener is proof of his vision, skill and uncompromising sense of balance.
The Gardener is a burst of juniper on the nose, with well-balanced citruses, blackcurrants and mint in the background. On the palate it has a sublime mouth texture, smooth and perfectly straight. Like the nose you are initially met with juniper, followed by citrus sneaking its way to the front. It is a smooth gin with beautiful length lasting for ages.
This gin is best enjoyed in the luxurious simplicity of an afternoon spent on the water. Sunset on a terrace, overlooking the waves. The easy freeing of one’s mind in nature.
