The Champagne Rosé Creation is the result of many years research and trials by acclaimed Cellar Master Hervé Dantan. In total it contains grapes from over 50 crus, with and overall blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. The wine contains 30% rosé reserve wines and a 7% red wine addition. Ageing is for 4 years in bottle before release allowing the flavours to build and harmonise.
The colour is an enticing pale salmon pink, with aromas of raspberry, pomegranate and blood orange enhance a delicate floral note. On the palate, a beautiful mineral crispness and elegance typifies this wine with a fine, elegant mousse which lingers for minutes.
