The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Batch 12 is a bold and complex single malt whisky, rich with flavours of honeyed sweetness, dark fruit, and layers of spice. Aged in a mix of ex-American oak, Pedro Ximénez, and Oloroso sherry casks, it delivers deep, balanced notes of dried fruit, chocolate, and a touch of oak smoke. Description

The GlenAllachie Distillery, nestled in the heart of Speyside, has built a reputation for producing rich, complex single malt whiskies. Established in 1967, it remained relatively under the radar until it was acquired by industry veteran Billy Walker in 2017. Under his guidance, GlenAllachie has flourished, focusing on traditional methods, innovative cask finishes, and meticulous attention to detail. The distillery is renowned for its use of a wide variety of casks, including American oak, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which contribute to its signature depth and flavour complexity.
