The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured is a single malt whisky from the Isle of Harris Distillery, matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts sourced from the José y Miguel Martín bodega in Andalusia. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and lightly peated (12–15 ppm), offering a rich and aromatic profile. Tasting notes include aromas of cinnamon, orange peel, and cloves, complemented by green herbal notes and the creaminess of white chocolate. The palate reveals flavours of wood smoke, walnuts, dried thyme, burnt oranges, vanilla pods, and a subtle sense of cloves, culminating in a long finish with hints of leather and liquorice.
