One of the two standout producers in the region, Valentini’s approach is meticulous: the grapes are aged in large, old oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop Burgundian levels of richness, minerality, and complexity. The 2021 vintage offers delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and almond, while the palate reveals a striking balance of vibrant acidity, depth, and an underlying minerality. With its remarkable structure and ageing potential, this is a truly outstanding expression of Trebbiano.
