Description

Tucked away in the heart of Wiltshire’s Fonthill Estate, Witchmark Distillery brings together heritage, craftsmanship, and a deep sense of place. Its name draws inspiration from the ancient “witch marks” etched into local stone buildings, symbols of protection and mystery that echo through the ages. Housed in a beautifully restored Grade II-listed barn, the distillery seamlessly merges tradition with contemporary spirit-making.

Tasting Notes

This is a proper London Dry gin, classic at heart, yet full of character. Bold juniper leads the way, while bright orange, fragrant bay, and zesty coriander add vibrancy. Layers of cinnamon and cubeb bring a warm, earthy spice that lingers just enough.

How To Enjoy

Clean, crisp, and full of depth, it is ideal for a refreshing G&T or a razor-sharp Martini. Expect a perfect balance of juniper, citrus, and herbaceous spice, rounded off with a dry finish and a gentle hint of cinnamon.
