Vincent Dauvissat’s Chablis 2018 is a radiant expression of purity and place, delivering the classic tension, minerality, and elegance that have made this Domaine one of Chablis’ most esteemed. Sourced from estate vineyards rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone and farmed using sustainable, biodynamic methods, this cuvée reflects a deep respect for terroir and tradition.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, it shimmers pale gold, offering a complex, evolving bouquet. Notes of white-fleshed fruits, citrus zest, and delicate white flowers mingle with hints of marzipan, cheese rind, and a subtle whisper of oyster shell. As it opens, nuances of white chocolate, nougat, and crème caramel emerge, adding richness and intrigue.

The palate is precise yet approachable, with a silky texture and vibrant acidity. Layers of lemon confit, orange pith, and a whisper of spice unfold gracefully over a backbone of crushed stone and chalky minerality. There is a gentle, honeyed note on the entry, balanced by a dry, clean finish that leaves the palate refreshed and longing for another sip.

While immediately enjoyable, the 2018 Chablis has the structure to evolve beautifully over several years, gaining further depth and refinement with time in bottle.

Delivery

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.
