The Four Pillars team were tired of being asked to make a sloe gin, when using non-native fruit went against their local instincts, so they chose to macerate Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in their gin instead.

They chose to macerate high quality Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes into their gin. With no added sugar or colourings, just gin and grapes, it’s a higher proof, off-dry alternative to sweet gins that keeps the spicy, aromatic notes of the original and adds flavours of blackcurrant, white pepper and boiled sweets. No need for a fancy serving suggestion – this is beautiful sipped neat.
