Fox & Fox Mosaic Rosé Brut is a fine English pink sparkling wine from award-winning Sussex boutique, Fox & Fox. 75% Pinot Noir & 21 months on lees give berry fruits and a fine mousse.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

Description

Fox & Fox is a multi-award winning boutique grower-producer of English sparkling wines, cultivating 30 acres of classic varieties. Their vineyards sit either side of the ancient hilltop village of Mayfield, amongst the rolling hills, woodlands and deep-cut ghylls of the Sussex High Weald. Jonica and Gerard Fox have been growing vines since 2004 and producing wine since 2009.

In 2010, they expanded from their first Hobdens vineyard site to the second larger Lakestreet vineyard, whilst remaining true to their first love: making limited quantities of high quality sparkling wines with a unique English twist.

The climate here is similar to Champagne, allowing for a long, even ripening season. The two vineyards lie on a combination of ancient clay, shale and sandstone. Here Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are grown from medium-yielding Burgundy clones, trained on a double-Guyot trellising system. The vineyard is worked rigorously by hand with great attention paid to minimising spraying and maximising canopy management and vine nutrition.

Fruit is sourced from both vineyards. Grapes are whole-bunch pressed then the wine made according the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle before a minimum of 18 months ageing on lees.

Tasting Note: Aromatic wild strawberry with notes of baked peach and fresh pastry, finishing with a dry citrus twist.
