Giffard has been a family-run business since 1885, producing premium liqueurs. Crème de Banane is made from wild bananas that are not eaten due to the number of seeds and lack of pulp compared to their domesticated counterparts. Ripe wild bananas are macerated in neutral alcohol to create a liqueur with sweet and intense notes characteristic of the fruit.
