The Tasmania Pinot Noir from Handpicked Wines is a poised, delicate medium-bodied cool-climate Australian red. Gorgeous aromas of rhubarb, cherry and rose petals. The palate sings with superfine, mouthcoating tannin and perfectly balanced oak.

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

We want all our cusomers to be 100% happy with their order and it is our aim to ensure that all orders are supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

Excludes perishable or personalised products or those products that have been specified as non-returnable.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We advise you to obtain a postal receipt or send the items back via recorded delivery.

Description

The grapes for this wine come from two beautifully situated vineyards on either side of the Tamar Valley.

About the Producer

Pristine fruit of precisely balanced flavour and freshness reached the winery in perfect condition. It was destemmed and hand sorted before cold soak and fermentation in open fermenters with hand plunging. A small portion (about 10%) was fermented separately in whole bunches to add complexity and options at blending. The wine was matured for 10 months in a selection of French oak barrels, about 30% new.

Tasting Notes

Lightness of touch and delicacy. A layered wine that will evolve in the glass. Gorgeous aromas of rhubarb, cherry and rose petals. The palate sings with superfine, mouthcoating tannin and perfectly balanced oak.
