Tasting Notes

A classic and balanced profile with crisp, vibrant citrus notes and a hint of pine from the juniper. The subtle herbal undertones, including angelica and coriander, provide depth without overpowering the fresh, zesty finish. The gin is smooth, with a touch of dryness, making it the perfect partner for a twist of lemon. It pairs beautifully with the delicate flavours of gravadlax, the slightly salty and herbaceous salmon accentuating the gin’s botanical richness.
