Styled as a ‘true English gin,’ Hayman’s prides itself on its subtle complexity, crafted in three stills named Marjorie, Karin, and Miranda. Hayman’s Old Tom honours Victorian gin traditions, offering a richer profile than the typical London Dry. It combines the signature citrus and pine notes of Hayman’s with a hint of underlying sweetness, setting it apart. For an exceptional experience, pair it with Jersey oysters.
