Description

Soju has been produced by HITEJINRO in Korea since 1924. The brand’s success is built squarely on its passion for crafting a spirit from Korea’s finest natural ingredients.

Soju is distilled and undergoes natural bamboo charcoal filtering, ensuring absolute purity and creating the drink’s famously smooth finish, filtering 4 times. Because of the filtration, it leaves no harmful ingredients and impurities, so you can enjoy the pure taste without the burden of a hangover.

Tasting Notes: Light in body, with subtle herbal notes of parsley and sage, backed up by pepper spice. The nose, flavour, feel and finish are complex enough to give unlimited potential for creating unique and exciting cocktails. The soju is an interesting alternative to classic vodka.
