Located on the historic Fonthill Estate in southwest Wiltshire, Witchmark Distillery is one of England’s largest-capacity distilleries, blending scale with sustainability. It sources barley from a regenerative local farm and powers production with solar energy and bio-liquid propane from eco-fuel processes. Innovative heat recovery systems minimise energy waste, while spent grains and botanicals are repurposed through anaerobic digestion to generate renewable energy. Even the packaging is mindful, the bottles are made from 100% recycled glass.
Wiltshire Gin is a refined blend of vibrant citrus, soft floral notes, and warming spices. Juniper anchors the profile, lifted by zesty lime and grapefruit.
