Established in 1849, Yalumba is Australia’s oldest family-owned winery, celebrated for its pioneering approach to winemaking. Sourced predominantly from a single vineyard in Eden Valley, near the winery at Angaston, this rare varietal Roussanne is fermented and matured for 10 months in older French oak barriques, building texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit. Chamomile, wildflowers, pear and oyster-shell minerality lead to a rich, creamy palate balanced by fresh acidity and a savoury, lingering finish. An expressive, gastronomic white, ideal with sashimi, seafood or roast poultry.
