Blomidon Cremant
Made in the 'Méthode Traditionnelle', an aromatic blend of estate-grown Seyval Blanc, L'Acadie Blanc, and Chardonnay. Hand-harvested early in the season and produced with a lower level of effervescence, this wine possesses a smoother, creamier mousse for a refreshing sparkling wine. Clean, crisp with floral lift, hints of apple and peach alongside a touch of brioche, with a very clean finish. Extra Dry.

Nova Scotia is Canada’s oldest and most unique cool-climate wine region, famous for its crisp white wines and world-class sparkling.
The maritime climate, produces wines with bright acidity and moderate alcohol. The climate is similar to that of Champagne. Blomidon Estate Winery is a boutique winery nestled on the shore of the Minas Basin, near Canning, in the picturesque Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. The beautiful seaside setting offers a unique location for viticulture, as well as a scenic stopping point for many visitors. Situated along the Bay of Fundy, which boasts the highest tides in the world, the microclimate protects the vines from frost and infuses a distinct minerality and salinity into the grapes Constant sea breezes moderate temperatures, allowing grapes to ripen slowly while retaining a trademark, vibrant acidity that is ideal for traditional sparkling wines.
The 25-acre estate includes some of the oldest Chardonnay vines in the province, deeply rooted in nutrient-rich, well-draining maritime soils. The terroir allows the estate to excel in cold-climate vinifera and hybrids, most notably L’Acadie Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir.
Blomidon is committed to producing 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes and wines, and are proud to have won numerous national and international awards and acclaim for their efforts.
