Ayala Rosé Majeur NV is a refined Champagne that combines elegance with the expressive fruitiness of a rosé. Produced from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir (including 6% still red wine), and 10% Pinot Meunier, this cuvée undergoes nearly three years of ageing on its lees, resulting in a fine and persistent mousse. The wine presents a delicate cherry hue with a hint of copper. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, and morello cherries, complemented by subtle spicy nuances. The palate is light, fresh, and well-balanced, with a rich, lasting finish featuring red gooseberry and raspberry flavours. This Champagne is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with dishes like salmon fillet, lamb chops, or desserts made with summer berries or crumbles.
