Capucana is produced in Piracicaba, Sao Paulo (Brazil), in a distillery that has been working non stop since 1886. The head of the danish family that still owns and runs the distillery fell in love with a Brazilian woman and chose to stay in that paradise. Longing his danish aquavit he started experimenting with the local spirit, becoming an expert.
