For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Description

A dedicated Francophile, Charles S. Cohen is committed to promoting his passion for French culture and is the most important distributor of French language art-house films in the USA. He has had a lifelong ambition to own and manage his own vineyard and produce exceptional French wines. To satisfy these desires, Charles S. Cohen recently bought Château de Chausse and is developing an ambitious project there.

Charles and his wife Clo have a long standing and special admiration for Provence and thus aspired to acquire this property close to Saint-Tropez. In a unique and natural setting, the Château de Chausse encompasses 135 beautiful acres of land, including 35 acres of vineyards. The soil on the estate is composed of sandy clay and schist, and the terrain enjoys a sunny climate softened by the proximity of the Mediterranean sea. The grapes are manually harvested and carefully selected. The latest and traditional winemaking techniques co-exist.

Grape Varieties: 65% Cinsault and 35% Grenache.

Tasting Notes: Pale pink colour. This very beautiful cuvée reveals elegant aromas of white fruit, enhanced by pure minerality. Delicate and aromatic.
