Description

Dujardin Bouzeron La Tournelle is a distinctive and complex wine, that showcases the unique terroir of this region. Coming from the Bouzeron region, this wine is produced from the finest Aligoté plantings in the region, and the meticulous care and innovation involved in its production perfectly reflects the ideology of the Dujardin family.
Located in the Côte Chalonnaise region, the vineyards of the La Tournelle are planted on the south-eastern slopes. The optimal sunlight, coupled with the rich nutrient soils have created the ideal environment for the grapes, and you can taste the quality of the land in every sip.

About the Producer

Dujardin, a respected winery nestled in the heart of Burgundy, is renowned for its commitment to crafting exceptional wines that reflect the region's rich terroir. With a history steeped in tradition and a dedication to quality, Dujardin consistently produces wines that captivate enthusiasts worldwide. Each bottle bears the hallmark of meticulous craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land, making Dujardin a trusted name among wine lovers seeking authentic Burgundian expressions.

Tasting Notes

The Bouzeron has a rich golden hue that speaks to the richness and body of this wine. On the nose, there is a bright aroma of white flower and citrus. Further complexity is added with some more subtle notes of vanilla, oak and minerality. On the first sip you see the bright acidity and fruit concentration that is iconic of this region. This wine has a slightly viscous mouthfeel, which coats the palate and leads to an exsquite mouthfeel. The excellent concentration of fruits as well as the excellent vintage indicates this wine’s potential for aging.

How To Enjoy

This wine pairs exquisitely with a variety of dishes. It complements fresh seafood, such as oysters, scallops, and white fish, and enhances the flavors of light salads, goat cheese, and poultry dishes. Its crispness also makes it a delightful aperitif, perfect for sipping on its own or with light appetizers.
