Description

Hallands Fläder is one of the youngest aquavits in the family, born in 1986. This is the favourite amongst many who are not so fond of traditional and classic caraway aniseed aquavits. Hallands is mild and has a flowery fresh character of elderberry with a little sweetness.

Tasting Notes: Halland Elderberry produced after an original recipe from Halland, with its fruity and fresh taste, has become an eau-de-vie favourite. Full-bodied, flowery and fresh elderflower character with hints of cinnamon and a hint of sweetness.

Perfect for most types of herring, crayfish, white meat and mild vegetables such as asparagus. Something to be cooled and can be enjoyed "on the rocks".
