Description

Siren Pompelmocello Juicy Grapefruit Sour IPA is an explosion of sour grapefruit, masterfully balanced by malty sweetness. Made from a mixture of Simcoe, Talus and Mosaic hops, Siren Brew created the biggest grapefruit profile possible, then included grapefruit zest and juice in case the hoppy cocktail wasn’t sour enough. A hint of lactose in the brew adds a hint of sweetness for the perfect balance.
