The cornerstones of the The Lakes Gin flavour profile are juniper, coriander and angelica; these are then complimented by orris root, cassia bark, liquorice and orange and lemon peel. Drawing water from their Lake District National Park home, the distillery ensures they are creating the purest of product. The botanicals in the gin are allowed to be steeped over night, as so they can freely interact with the warm spirit, to encourage the essential oils to release slowly. A fantasic gin in a beautiful bottle.
