By promoting natural soil seeding and low-temperature fermentations, they preserve the fruit’s freshness and complexity. Their Santenay wines stand out for their early drinkability, richness, and balanced structure, embodying the soul of the Côte de Beaune in every bottle.
The La Comme vineyard enjoys a prime position on a gentle slope, benefiting from morning sun and a cooler microclimate. The marly, clay-rich soils of northern Santenay add depth, distinguishing it from the more limestone-dominant terrain of the south.
Medium-bodied with cranberry, cherry, and herbal notes, La Comme’s Pinot Noir offers a delicate hint of violet and light oak. Its vibrant freshness and balanced acidity make it a versatile choice for food pairing.
The wine’s bright berry notes and crisp structure complement a range of dishes. Enjoy it with tomato-based pasta, roasted vegetables, Moroccan-spiced chicken stew, or oven-baked salmon with blue cheese.
