The Macallan Harmony Collection 5: Phoenix Honey Orchard Tea is a limited-edition single malt inspired by JING’s rare Phoenix Honey Orchid tea. Matured predominantly in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, with additional maturation in European oak and a subtle inclusion of ex-bourbon casks, this whisky offers a harmonious blend of flavours. On the nose, it presents ripe peach and apricot, floral honey, orange blossom, and gentle oolong aromatics, with hints of toffee and vanilla. The palate reveals honeyed stone fruit with soft spice, sherry-led depth balanced by creamy vanilla from bourbon-influenced casks.

Challenge 21 - You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol. You must not buy alcohol on behalf of those under 18. We apply the "Challenge 21" policy to all delivery and collection orders. We will not supply if the person receiving or collecting orders appears under the age of 21.

We charge a flat fee of £5.95 for delivery if your order is under 20kg, and £10 inc VAT if it is over 20kg. Free delivery is available for orders above £120 (inc VAT).

For Standard Delivery, we will ship items within 2 working days, provided the order is placed before midday.

For Express Delivery, we will ship items the same day, provided the order is placed before midday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, and the following day, you will receive a text from our courier with a delivery window. If your order has not yet arrived, please email [email protected] and quote your order number.

Keep an eye out for your shipment confirmation email; once you get it, your order will be delivered the next day.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchase.

If you call us after your item has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it and you will need to return to us.
