Grapes come from the South of France and the Loire Valley. These two regions combine to provide a perfect ombination of richness and elegance.
A cool fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks (at 18°C) to retain freshness and the wine is carefully blended to ensure consistency. The cuvée then rests for six months before bottling.
Grape Varieties: Chardonnay, Chenin, Folle Blanche, Ugni blanc, Colombard.
Tasting Note: Fresh grapefruit and citrus rind notes with a hint of fennel. Light-medium-bodied with a tangy, clean finish.
Food Match: Ideal as an aperitif or with fish.
