When ordering cases of soft drinks or beers, please be aware that our warehouse staff have to re-pack in travel proof cases to reduce the risk of breakage.

+ Saturday Delivery is currently only available to mainland UK addresses and excludes parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Isles.
We can deliver to all addresses within the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver goods outside the UK.
Where "Next Working Day" is specified as an option, orders must be placed before 12.30pm to the billing address stated for the goods to be delivered the following day. If you're placing an order to be shipped to another address (different to where the card is registered), this will take 2-3 days, which will allow us to carry out extra checks that are required. Please note that the day of delivery is subject to availability of the stock.
As part of our delivery policy, If the value of your basket at the checkout is £80 or more the goods will need to be delivered to the registered address of the cardholder.
For non-mainland UK orders, if a suitable option for you is not available, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to find the best solution for you.
We have no minimum delivery, however please do take advantage of our reduced prices on orders over 12 bottles.
We work very closely with our Couriers to ensure that your items arrive within the timeframe that's been stated and in perfect condition. All of our orders are delivered via their FRAGILE service and are separated in transit to provide a top level service. If you do not receive your tracking code within 12 hours of ordering online, please contact us so that we can send it to you directly.
Click & Collect from Warehouse
If you would like to collect your order from our Warehouse in Park Royal and save delivery charges then we would be happy to meet you to hand over your products! Please note that we are not responsible for arranging the transport of your order from the Warehouse so please arrive with suitable means to take the goods away. Please ensure that you have valid ID on your person when collecting as we may ask to see proof of ID before allowing the goods to leave the Warehouse.
Please note that orders placed after 12:30pm on a Friday via 'click and collect' will be unavailable for collection over the weekend. You will need to wait until the Tueday to collect the order from your nominated store.
