Bombay Sapphire Gins

Bombay Sapphire

Bombay Sapphire is one of the most popular gins on the market, and it is frequently used in cocktails. It is also a popular choice for Gin & Tonic, thanks to its unique flavour profile. The gin is made with a blend of ten different botanical ingredients, including almonds, lemon peel, liquorice, grains of paradise, and cubeb berries. It is distilled in a copper pot still and has a characteristic juniper flavour. The name "Bombay Sapphire" refers to the blue sapphire that is used as the centrepiece of the bottle's design. The gin was first launched in 1987 and has been awarded a number of medals at international spirits competitions.
