Perfect Brooklyn Cocktail Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Koval Single Barrel Rye Whiskey
- 15ml Dolin Dry Vermouth De Chambéry
- 15ml Contratto Rosso Vermouth
- 15ml Picon Bière
- 15ml Cartron Marasquin Liqueur
- One maraschino cherry
METHOD
Step One
Add the whisky, vermouths, Picon and marasquin to a mixing tin (or mixing glass) filled with ice.
Step Two
Stir with a long spoon until the exterior is cold to the touch, and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Step Three
Add one maraschino cherry and serve.
TOP TIP:Substitute the rye for bourbon if you like a sweeter cocktail – you’ll be making a Perfect Manhattan.
